Double pricing is per person based on double occupancy or two people per stateroom.
Single pricing is based on one person per stateroom and is capacity-controlled and subject to change.
Cancellation Schedule: Cancellation penalties apply once deposit is paid, so please review policy below.
Passports: Passports are required for all guests and must be valid for six months after the end of the cruise, or January 13, 2025.
Travel Insurance: Global Tracks offers optional travel insurance. Purchase within 15 days of deposit for additional benefits.
Additional nights at the Royal Olympic Hotel Athens // Pre-Tour
Inclusions: Package includes accommodation at the Royal Olympic Hotel Athens in a Deluxe Room inclusive of service charge and taxes, buffet breakfast, airport arrival transfer, and porterage. Please note the airport arrival transfers are only included if hotel package is confirmed with Global Tracks.
Price: $405 per night per couple or $375 single
Rates INCLUDE port taxes of $420 per person
Required Deposit: $3,500 per cabin based on double occupancy or single occupancy plus a non-refundable Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person
Second Payment: 50% of the remaining invoice balance is due by Wednesday, December 6, 2023
Final Payment Due: Wednesday, March 6, 2024
International airfare is not included. Global Tracks will book your air arrangements for a $100 per person ticketing fee, or you may choose to handle your own reservation.
Transfer Guidelines: The tour program begins and ends in Athens.
July 5 – Flights can arrive anytime as the program begins with an overnight hotel and the airport transfer is included.
July 13 – Disembarkation begins at 8:00 am and flights should depart Athens after 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy and Schedule:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Global Tracks. Travel insurance and airfare are non-refundable once purchased. Any payment to Global Tracks constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set herein, including but not limited to the cancellation terms. All cancellations are subject to the Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person paid at deposit in addition to the below schedule:
