Arrive one day before the cruise and join fellow Sooners in the historic city of Athens at the Royal Olympic Hotel Athens in a Deluxe Room. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Perhaps enjoy dinner in the Plaka, Athens’s oldest and most picturesque neighborhood. The Plaka’s maze of cobblestone pedestrian streets are lined with shops, boutiques, souvenir stands and restaurants.
Note: Flights can arrive anytime as the program begins with an overnight hotel, however, please note check-in time is 3:00 pm. Your transfer is included from the Athens airport to the hotel.

This morning enjoy a buffet breakfast in the Roof Garden with its amazing view. Depart the hotel on a group tour of the Acropolis and New Acropolis Museum. Following the tour, transfer to the port at Piraeus and board our spectacular superyacht the Emerald Azzurra.
Enjoy lunch onboard and then time to relax, unpack and get settled into our cabins. Join fellow Sooners this evening for a Welcome Reception and Dinner.

In the north of Greece’s Dodecanese Islands the Aegean island of Patmos is known for being sacred as the place where Saint John wrote the book of Revelation. A wonderful stop inspired by nature, architecture, history and sun worshippers.

While being historic, the city is a playground for Turkish and foreign visitors alike, with two contrasting sides, east and west.
