Upon arrival at the Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), you will be met by a driver and transferred to the hotel (approx. 60 minutes). The remainder of the day is at your leisure and dinner is on your own.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. The hotel will do its best to accommodate early arrivals; however, early check-in cannot be guaranteed. If you have an early morning arrival and prefer immediate access to your room, it is suggested to book the two-night package.
If you book the two night package, June 5 is at leisure and a breakfast buffet is included on June 5 in the Restaurant Doney from 7:00 am to 11:00 am

Enjoy a private group breakfast in the hotel from 8:00 to 10:00 am. After breakfast, please leave the luggage you wish to be collected outside your hotel room for the bellman to begin collection. Check out and settle any incidentals with hotel reception and meet in the lobby for departure on tour.
Discover the wonders of the Eternal City on a 90-minute guided golf cart tour—an ideal way to explore Rome without the need for extensive walking. Cruise comfortably through the city’s historic streets as your knowledgeable driver shares fascinating insights and stories. Along the way, you’ll pass by some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, and the Spanish Steps.
Return to the hotel for a group motorcoach transfer to the Emerald Sakara. Enjoy a late lunch onboard as we begin our Italian Coastlines Cruise.

Inclusions: Package includes one or two nights at the 5-star Westin Excelsior, Rome, in a Deluxe Room, buffet breakfast at the hotel, guided golf cart tour, and transfers between the airport, hotel and ship with related luggage handling and all taxes.
Package Price:
One Night: $745 per person, based on double occupancy
Two Nights: $1,180 per person, based on double occupancy
Deposit: No deposit required.
Second Payment: 50% of the remaining invoice balance is due by Thursday, October 9, 2025
Final Payment Due: Thursday, February 5, 2026
Rome Pre-Cruise Hotel Package Cancellation Policy and Schedule
All cancellations must be made in writing to Global Tracks. Any payment to Global Tracks constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set herein, including but not limited to the cancellation terms:

All refined Deluxe Rooms are elegantly furnished with crystal chandeliers, one king or two twin plush beds, working area, sitting area with classic velvet armchairs, flat screen TV, personal electronic safe and a marble bathroom with shower/tub combination and luxurious bath amenities. Rooms also offer a mini-bar, air conditioning, soundproof windows and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Grand Luxe Rooms (approx. 430 sq. ft.) | $145 supplement per room, per night (based on double occupancy)
Grand Luxe Rooms include all features of the Deluxe Rooms, with added space and a heightened sense of luxury. Highlights include velvet-covered chairs, rich damask wall coverings and ornate ceilings adorned with golden accents. Bathrooms are appointed with the finest Italian marble and many offer a separate bath and shower, dual sinks and a bidet.
